COVID-19 Safety Tips

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Stay home when you are sick.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or the crick of the elbow.

Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces with household cleaning spray or wipe.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Follow public health advice regarding closures, avoid crowds and social distance.

Vaccines: Myths & Misconceptions

"Vaccines don't work"

According to the World Health Organization, vaccines currently prevent 2-3 million deaths every year from diseases like diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, influenza and measles.

"Vaccines are dangerous"

Vaccines are put through extensive testing before they become available to the public. After receiving FDA approval, they are continuously monitored to ensure safety.

"Vaccines make you sick"

A vaccine does not contain the virus and will not make you sick. A vaccine creates Immune Response Cells that prevent the virus from entering a healthy cell.
