The site is conveniently located 10 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. Endeavor has access to the highest quality patients and associated data. The site has a strong relationship with private practice physicians in San Antonio for patient referrals, which contributes to their strong recruitment performance. They are known for their exceptional safety preparedness, with all staff trained to BLS certification, ACLS certified personnel, PALS certified personnel, EMT-P staff and a crash cart on-site.
All data collected throughout the clinical trial goes through our stringent QA process ensuring data is clean and sponsor ready within 72 hours from time of collection.
Our Facility

Housed in over 1600 square feet, our research and clinical trial facility contains five examination rooms, dedicated monitoring rooms with high-speed internet connections, a private patient waiting room, a dedicated laboratory-processing area with ambient and refrigerated calibrated centrifuges, a locked binder room, locked drug cabinets and administrative offices for our staff.

Richard Pollak, D.P.M., M.S.
Dr. Richard A. Pollak is an expert in multiple areas of podiatry including toenail fungus, athlete’s foot and diabetic foot ulcers. He is a key opinion leader and board-certified in foot and ankle surgery. He has been practicing for 37 years in San Antonio, TX, and is highly renowned for clinical and pharmaceutical research in the United States.
Sherwyn Schwartz, M.D.
Dr. Sherwyn Schwartz is the founder and former CEO of DGD clinic and DGD research center. While running the former the clinic saw 450 patients per day with outcomes that surpassed the Cleveland clinic. He also personally saw about 125 patients per week for 37 years. In this role he also interacted with payers having knowledge of the needs of the marketplace.
Constance Barone, M.D.
Dr. Constance Barone has been a practicing plastic surgeon for more than 25 years. She has trained with some of the best surgeons in the country and has brought her knowledge and expertise to San Antonio. Dr. Barone is a renowned innovator of endoscopic surgical techniques, a way of performing major surgery without resulting in significant scarring and long recovery periods. She prides herself on her ability to perform an extremely wide array of cosmetic enhancement procedures with an expert hand and a personal, comfortable approach with patients.
Hernan Salazar, D.O., Medical Director
Dr. Hernan Salazar, is a physician with over 41 years of experience in internal medicine, general practice, and family practice. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from the school of Public Health at the University of California at Los Angeles.
Russell Stanley, D.P.M.
Dr. Stanley is highly skilled in ankle, forefoot and rearfoot surgery. He has hospital privileges and is an attending at Southwest Texas Methodist Hospital and St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital, and is a board-qualified foot and ankle surgeon. He also participates in a range of research studies including diabetic foot ulcer, bunion surgery, tinea pedis, as well as the treatment of onychomycosis with oral, topical and laser therapy.
