Midwest Clinical Research Center (MCRC) has been steadfast in its mission to collaborate with sponsors and volunteer subjects to advance new medication therapies for psychiatric conditions. Through our outpatient and inpatient sites, we conduct clinical trials aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of emerging medications for treating Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and various other psychiatric disorders. Dayton, OH Location
- State of the art 21-bed unit, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality
- Equipped with extensive experience, expertise, and research unit facilities to cater to the unique needs of each sponsor and research protocol
- Validated environmental monitoring system to record all activity of pharmacy room temperatures, refrigerated/frozen drugs, and stored samples within the research facility
- Security cameras strategically placed both inside and outside the clinical research facility for continuous monitoring and surveillance
- Entry and exit doors, including fire exits, alarmed with audible sirens at all times, ensuring controlled access to and from the facility
- Strict separation between volunteer inpatient and outpatient areas, secured with locked doors accessible only by staff members with swipe-cards/push-button security codes
- Protected by a standby 40k watt natural gas generator, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to essential equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, centrifuges, and security monitoring equipment in the event of a power outage
